Hole Punching Machine for Tubular Furniture

This machine can pierce holes in one side or both sides of the thin walled steel or aluminum tubing used in the manufacture of indoor and outdoor furniture. The machine clamps the tubing firmly in a snug fitting cradle so that no distortion occurs when the holes are punched. One or two sided punching is selected with a switch.

The holes are always on size and there is never a burr. The process is much faster than drilling.

Twin Enerpac air/hydraulic boosters power the high force block type cylinders. The pneumatic logic, actuators and controls are by FESTO.
