Thermal Spray Rig

An apparatus, which applies plasma sprayed coatings to test pieces for evaluation purposes. The apparatus has two axes, one pneumatically actuated and the other electro-mechanically actuated. A maximum load of 15kg is vibrated with an amplitude of 700mm and a maximum velocity of 1500mm/sec. The construction based on a welded mild steel monocoque.
