The marketing of videocassettes often requires that the product be packaged for bonus and promotional sales campaigns. The make-up of the packs varies in the number and mix of the cassettes.

The machine above is designed to pick the cassettes from an accumulating conveyor in the desired order and mix and transfer them to the in-feed conveyor of an overwrapper. The pack size can be selected from 2, 3 ,4 and 5. The machine can load cassettes at the rate of 7,200 an hour.
